Biography of Henning Albrechtsen

Henning was born in 1967 and trained at Vivi Flindt's Ballet School, Else Knipschlidt's Ballet School and Doug Crutchfield's Ballet School.
In 1985 Henning Albrechtsen became member of the Royal Danish Ballet, where among other roles he has danced Prince Paris in Romeo and Juliet, Rothbart in Swan Lake, and soloist roles in Abdallah, Serenade, Etudes, Allegro Brilliante, Pavane, Agon, The Kermesse in Bruges, Napoli, A Folk Tale and Piano Concerto.
In 2000 Henning Albrechtsen was appointed Deputy Artistic Director of the Royal Danish Ballet. Further he teaches at the Ballet School of the Royal Theatre.
